Casa Bosques’s first chocolate is made from pure mexican cacao of the highest quality. In this Winter 2011 edition, the subtle blend of Criollo – the rarest and most sought of the cacao beans – with the Forastero, perfectly harmonizes with the unexpected flavor of the pink peppercorn.

This sophisticated artisan chocolate is the result of a collaboration between a Mexican chocolatier -J. Llanderal- with more than twenty years of experience, and a creative studio that focuses on developing permanent brands and products.

This is the first edition of a series of chocolates that will be part of this collection.
