The second Casa Bosques Chocolate is completely made with pure Venezuelan cacao. In this Spring 2012 edition, the blend of Criollo and Trinitario, from the Carnero Superior and Río Caribe region, is characterized by a touch of bitterness with fruity tones, and when combined with Fleur de Sel from Colima, Mexico, delivers an exciting and exquisite taste.

This exceptional chocolate is the result of a collaboration between a Mexican chocolatier, with more than twenty years of experience, and a creative studio that focuses on developing concepts and products of the highest quality.

This is the second edition of a collection of twelve chocolates, based on a seasonal tour through the cacao route.
