ENTER WAVE is a comedic play set on the shores of Ditch Plains, where surfers, kooks and cultists engage in a lively Socratic dialogue about ecstasy and romance. The exercise cult of Stokinetics practices partnered exercises that simulate the orgasmic bliss of the stoke — free from the trappings of love, the mechanics of sex, and the discipline of surfing. Their occupation of this small American beach town threatens to unravel a social ecosystem organized by the ethics of surf culture.
