Horacio Warpola transforms the cover of a discarded Natural History chapter into a new book. From its interior pages emerge collage-poems that drift between meditation and transmutation, touching on intimacy, love, faith, longing, and the quiet desire for someone not to leave.
Images of fishes move through fragments of text, playing with language and meaning. These pieces exist somewhere between poem and image. The book closes with Digital Era, Border, and Post Internet—concepts that echo through Warpola’s practice. Printed in risograph in four colors (aqua, copper, light lime and fluorescent pink), this edition draws from an earlier web-based version, animated by bands of color and digital glitches.
